A New Figure of Merit 2014

Based on a gene­ra­li­zed trans­mis­si­on sys­tem this work pro­po­ses a new figu­re of merit to over­co­me the inac­cu­ra­ci­es of pre­vious defi­ni­ti­ons. Based on the defi­ni­ti­on of the trans­mis­si­on qua­li­ty fac­tor we intro­du­ce the trans­mis­si­on band­width which will be very useful in the ana­ly­sis and design of load matching net­works opti­mi­zed for maxi­mum power trans­fer efficiency.
